fish poultry or loafs. Some bring to life barbecue sauses or create tangy originals. We have blends for marinades
and rubs designed to complement lamb, goat, venison or game meats. We also have an assortment of ethnic specific blends.
We use only fresh, high quality ingredients and buy in quantities that insure constant
and quick product rotation. All our blends have been researched, balanced, customized, time tested and evolved since
their inception in 1952. We have added some exciting new blends along the way that were suggested by some of our loyal
and faithful customers.
We are on the shelves of Knotts Berry Farm, Hickory Farms of Ohio, Pea Soup Andersen's
Restaurants. Many gourmet and specialty food shops throughout the country carry our blends, some bearing their
own brand labels. For decades, we have been at most major fairs including the L. A. County/Pomona, Orange, Del Mar and
